Our Approach
We are focused on fighting stigma and increasing awareness to encourage students to seek help for themselves and others. Our curriculum aims to decrease the extent to which mental illness and substance use cause harm by targeting and eliminating common knowledge gaps in youth.
Our Program
The TEACH Initiative provides tailored talks with students through two evidence-based curricula: our Mental Health Awareness lesson, and our Substance Use and Addiction lesson. We package these ideas in a low-intensity, conversational format, with the goal of approaching students as older peers.
